Not quite right? Stagburn accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
What we accept
- Unworn, unwashed items in original packaging with tags on.
- Custom-sized pieces can be exchanged if we made a sizing error, but are not refundable.
- Final-sale items are not returnable.
Starting a return
Email usaleatherjackets23@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We reply within 1 to 2 business days with instructions.
Refund timing
After your return arrives and is checked, we refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty or wrong.
Exchanges
Let us know the size you need and we will send it once your original item reaches us.
